About Dr. Van Wart:

Dr. Tori’s love for animals began at a very young age. She would excitedly point to every “goggie” she saw wanting to pet them all. This love for animals continued to grow and with ownership of her own pets developed into a real appreciation and understanding of the Human – Animal Bond and how much animal companions enrich our lives.

“I have always loved helping people in any way I can, and veterinary medicine provides the perfect opportunity to help both people and animals every single day.”

Dr. Van Wart received her doctorate at Texas A & M University after attaining her Bachelors degree in BioMedical Sciences and Certificates in Equine Science and Public Health Entomology.

Outside of work, Dr. Van Wart enjoys live music, traveling, and volunteering.  Her dogs Ryder, a black mouth cur, and Bonnie, a black lab mix have taught her the value of animal companionship and have facilitated many learning opportunities throughout vet school.
