About Us at Fredonia Veterinary Clinic : Fredonia Veterinary Clinic is a mixed animal practice established in 1982. Our doctors and staff care for a wide variety of animals ranging from tiny pocket pets, dogs and cats to goats and alpacas/llamas to cattle and horses. Each of our doctors have special interests and skills which allow us to serve a wide clientele. We provide routine preventative medicine and wellness exams as well as evaluating and treating illnesses, injuries or other needs that arise with our patients. This includes dental care, elective surgeries, reproductive care and diagnostic testing. Our facility includes a well-stocked pharmacy, in-hospital surgery suite with laser surgery, in-house digital radiograph (digital x-ray) capabilities, ultrasound equipment, a closely supervised hospitalization area for pets, and indoor stalls and treatment area for large animals. We provide emergency services for our patients after hours. When needed, we also work closely with referral/specialty and emergency practices in our area.
At Fredonia Veterinary Clinic we strive to provide quality veterinary care and friendly service to keep our patients healthy so their owners (our clients) can enjoy them for a maximum amount of time. We understand the many important roles our patients play in their owner's lives, be it as a beloved family member or a working companion for activities; as a horse that competes, provides an enjoyable trail ride, has foals to continue the circle of life, or is now retired and just a "pasture pet"; as a farm animal that provides a livelihood; or as a 4-H project/learning activity for the kids. They are many ways our animals enrich our lives. We can help to keep your animal healthy and care for him/her throughout his/her lifetime-- from his/her beginnings as a youngster, during the active adult years, when illness or injuries occur, and during the geriatric years including helping you make end of life decisions for your pet/horse when the time comes to say good-bye.
