In Case of an Emergency or
       if you need a Referral to a Specialist :

If you have an emergency outside of our normal business hours, please call the Fredonia Veterinary Clinic in Fredonia, WI at (262) 692-2439. Listen carefully and follow the provided instructions to get transferred to the doctor on-call's cell phone (press "O", then #). If the doctor doesn't answer immediately and you hear the doctor's voice mail message, please leave your name & phone number, and she'll call you back as soon as possible. If you don't receive a return phone call within 10-20 minutes, please call again.

For non-emergencies, you can leave a message after calling the clinic number and waiting for the beep as instructed (without pressing 0, then  #). These messages will be checked at the next business day.

For emergencies that require hospitalization &/or extensive evaluation or if we are unable to help you for some reason, we recommend the following emergency clinics. These hospitals also provide specialty services during regular office hours when a referral is needed or recommended by us.
